How does it work and what is the system?
1: Assessment

2: Action plan
In point two of our system we elaborate an action plan based on all the previous diagnosis of the assessment stage where we systematize the points to follow, resources and strategies that will be addressed in your personal coaching plan.
3: Application
At this stage we begin the coaching process aligned to your needs. This is where the action plan begins to be executed, it is the practical start towards your objectives.
4: Simulator
Upon reaching this stage we execute an active production process where you will have to solve real situations designed and / or simulated especially for your case.
5: Analysis
At this point we revalue through a check-up how their skills have been strengthened and, where appropriate, which coaching processes should be realigned to reach the initial objective.
6: Tangible objectives
